Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your YuzAPP account and its associated data at any time. This page explains both the in-app deletion method and the web-based deletion request process.

Delete from Inside the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the YuzAPP mobile app:

  1. Open the YuzAPP app on your Android or iOS device.
  2. Go to the "Settings" or "Account" section.
  3. Tap "Delete Account" and, if asked, enter your password to confirm.
  4. Confirm the request. Your account will be deleted immediately.
Request Deletion via the Web (No App Required)

If you no longer have access to the app, enter the email address you registered with. We'll send a confirmation link to that address; clicking it will permanently delete your account.


The confirmation link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, please also check your spam folder.

What data is deleted

Once your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed or anonymised:

  • Your account record and email address.
  • All active sessions and authentication tokens.
  • Your subscription and profile information.
  • Identification records (if any were submitted).
Data that may be retained

To comply with legal, financial, and security obligations, a limited set of data may be retained for a bounded period:

  • Financial transaction records (if any) for up to 7 years, as required by tax and accounting laws.
  • Anonymised security logs for up to 90 days, to prevent abuse.
